Devastating Fire at Hong Kong tower blocks

Tower Blocks UK extend their deepest sympathies following the devastating fire at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po District of Hong Kong on 26th November 2025. This tragedy has claimed at least 65 lives at the time of writing, including one firefighter, with hundreds of people still missing and injured.

The blaze rapidly spread across seven 35-storey high-rise blocks and resulted in a significant emergency response. Authorities are currently investigating potential negligence by the contractors responsible for renovations at the site.

We extend our deepest condolences to all those affected by this horrific incident. Further updates will be shared as more information becomes available.
